Welcome to RST Child Care!
We’re excited to have you join our team. To make daily tasks easier, we use the Procare App. Procare helps with things like taking attendance, logging notes, and sharing updates with families—all in just a few clicks. You can even send photos and activity updates so families know their child is safe, happy, and well cared for.
With Procare, you’ll spend less time on paperwork and more time with the children.
How to Set Up Your Procare Account

Go to the Procare Web Portal.
(Use the link provided in your email invitation.) -
Enter the unique code: check your email
(This code will expire in one week.) -
Use the email address the invite was sent to: check your email

Create a password (must be at least 8 characters).

Download the free Procare Child Care mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Log in with your new account and you’re ready to go!
📸 Once you’re set up, you can start checking children in and out, sharing updates, and sending photos with families right from the app.

🔑 Resetting Your Procare Password
If you forget your Procare password—don’t worry! Resetting it is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
👉 Click here to open the Procare login page.
Step 2: Select “Forgot Password? RESET”
📌 Under the login box, click the link that says:
Forgot Password? RESET
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
✍️ Type in the email you used when you created your Procare account with RST Child Care.

If you’re not sure which email you used, contact Mary, Charlene, Tyson, or Lawrence and they can look it up for you.
⚠️ Important: Only you can reset your password. Child Care staff cannot reset it for you.
Step 4: Check Your Email
📬 You’ll receive an email from Procare with a reset link.

Open the email and click the link.

If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 5: Create a New Password
🔒 Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters).
💡 Tip: Write it down or save it in a secure place so you don’t forget!
Step 6: Log Back In
✅ Return to the Procare login page.
✅ Enter your email and your new password.
That’s it—you’re back online! 🎉
